3-Step-Method with AuditBasicsTM
With the AuditBasicsTM 3-Step Method, the desired files are automatically evaluated. All hereto required information generates a reporting project that can be worked often arbitrarily and also in a time-controlled manner.
Import
The files to be evaluated are transferred with standard methods (e.g. FTP, SFTP) regularly and at short intervals from the generating systems to AuditBasics’ reporting processor. This imports the files and applies them simultaneously in SQL tables. All types of text files can be imported from AuditBasics with the help of graphical Mask-Editors, even apparently completely unstructured data. This is just one of the many highlights of AuditBasics.
Processing
Regulations policies are defined with the support of Formula-Editor, filter and graphics tools. The consolidated multiprocessing of multiple files enables a consolidating analysis of different databases – another highlight of AuditBasicsTM. Only in this way can contradictory information be attained which by the observation of only individual data remains unrecognized.
Export
Here is where the optical conditioning and alignment of the results of one’s own CI takes place. For the transfer of respective relevant positions, such as, for example, general management, IT administration or work council, the results can be issued alternatively in PDF, HTML, RTF, CSV, XML or ASCII formats. With significant results, e.g. with the unauthorised access to a CEO user account, immediate notifications - each with appropriate positions - are carried out by e-mail.
